Micro-blading
What is it?
Micro-blading is a form of semi-permanent make-up this provides a full or partial camouflage cover to the missing eyebrow hairs with appearance to using fine hair strokes this makes the eyebrow fuller and thicker but with a natural look.
How it works?
This technique is used to improve or create eyebrow definition to cover gaps, to extend the eyebrow, or to reconstruct due to over plucking meaning the brows have little to no hair. Each stroke is applied individually allowing the artist to be in control of the shape and thickness.
The treatment begins with your desired shape, then using the individual tattoo strokes to the areas to create that famous brow look. The colour choice is mixed with using natural semi-permanent colours to suit your brow colour. Varying shade of hypo allergic micro pigments react differently with each skin type and fade accordingly, depending on your skin regimen, sun exposure and after care precautions. Post treatment eyebrows will appear darker than expected, but will fade 50% during the healing process over the following 2 weeks also the eyebrows shape will shrink 20%.
The second application is applied 6 weeks later this is called a touch up. This ensures that the micro pigments are healing properly and responding well to your skin.
Micro-blading, although it is semi-permanent it lasts between 10-12 months if proper aftercare instructions are maintained. Some clients depending on skin types will require a fresher top-up in-between.
The initial appointment includes consultation and initial application. The second appointment is 4-6 weeks this is a touch up, you will need this because any gaps where the pigment may have not taken will be filled in this ensures the longevity of the colours used.
Is it painful?
An anaesthetic is used to limit discomfort. Like all forms of cosmetic tattooing if performed correctly the procedure causes minimal discomfort. The needles used come in a variety of diameters so that the thickness of each individual hair stroke can be customized to each client depending on the width of their natural hairs as to make the process look more natural on the brows.

All appointments have a non-refundable deposit. If you’re unable to attend your appointment please message via email or Instagram to cancel this must be 48 hours’ notice. Also there is a strict policy regarding late appointments, if you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will automatically be cancelled.
